NOT ONLY SPECK FROM THE FARM IN CASTELROTTO

For three generations now, Speck has been produced by hand at the Kaltenbrunnhof in Castelrotto with much love and skill. The sales assortment is completed by pancetta, lean bacon, smoked pork neck, beef smoked meat, cold-smoked and air-dried raw sausage, such as Kaminwurzen, garlic, paprika and venison salami. The name Kaminwurz, by the way, comes from earlier times when there was a smokehouse in the chimney flue on South Tyrolean farms.

Opening hours at the Farm Kaltenbrunnhof:
Monday – Friday  9 a.m. – 12 a.m. and 2 p.m. – 6 p.m.
Saturday 9 a.m. – 12 a.m.
Sundays and public holidays closed
