“Kaminwurzen” (smoked sausages) are a typical South Tyrolean speciality and must not be missing at a proper "Marende" (afternoon snack). Our Kaminwurzen are made of fine pork and juicy beef and are very well tolerated due to their mild cold smoking.
Ingredients (in descending order): 100g Kaminwurzen are made of 120g pork and 28g beef, salt, spices, spice extracts, food seasoning, dextrose, antioxidant: sodium isoascorbate; preservative: sodium nitrite, beechwood smoke. May contain traces of MUSTARD and SELLERY.
100g contains on average: Energy: 1,403 kJ/ 336.1 kcal, Fat: 21.6g, of which saturated fatty acids: 9.2g Carbohydrates: <0.5g, of which sugar: <0.5g, Protein: 38.4g, Salt: 3.6g.
